RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it â unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.
How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at shopteddyusa@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to: 1110 Brickell Ave, Suite 412, Miami, FL 33131, United States. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We reserve the right to request photo evidence before processing any claim. If validated, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, treats, or consumable pet products)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Sale items and gift cards
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status within 3-5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at shopteddyusa@gmail.com.
European Union If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
